A Räucherkerze (literally ‘smoking candle’ or ‘incense cone’) is burned during Christmas time in Germany in or on the figurine to create the traditional smoke effect.

| How to use | Open the smoker by separating the top part from the body. Light an incense candle at the top. But blow out the flame immediately so that the incense candle just glows. Now place the incense candle on the candle plate of the body. When the incense candle begins to smoke, put the two pieces back together. The smoke now draws the incense figure out to the mouth. |
