| How to use | Add fresh: 500 g (17.6 oz) beef (e.g. from the leg) Preparation: 1) Fry the meat all around in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. 2) Pour in 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) of water, bring to the boil and stir in the contents of the bag. 3) Cover and cook over low heat for approx. 1½ hours. Turn the meat over halfway through the cooking time. Cut the meat into slices and let it steep briefly in the sauce. We recommend potato dumplings and red cabbage. |
