How to use	Maintain your teeth thoroughly with Salviagalen F toothpaste at least 2 to 3 times a day. Best after every meal. Apply up to 3 cm (~ 1.18 inch) of Salviagalen F on the toothbrush and brush your teeth from "red" to "white", from the gums to the tooth surfaces, for as long as three minutes.
